Bose headphone connection
My Bose QC35 II headphone connection to Mac OS Catalina is being rejected. Any Suggestions?

Hi there,
Do you have many bluetooth devices already connected to your Mac (mouse, keyboard, other speakers, etc.)? Some older Macs don't do too well with many simultaneous bluetooth connections. If that isn't the case, try forgetting the headphones by going into bluetooth preferences in the system preferences app, hovering over the headphones, and clicking the "x" button that appears. Then reconnect your headphones as a new device.
