Apple should provide icloud storage facility of 5 gb for each device.

iCloud storage is a sync service and it is related to an Apple ID. What is storaged on iCloud can be reached from each device you are logged in with the same Apple ID.

If 5 GB is not enough for your needs: you can buy more by a monthly subscription. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201238
