Why answer a question with a question, please. My son isn't where I am and he's having trouble with the phone because he's out of iCloud storage, or so he says. Seems like you can because now he'd talking to me again and says he has more storage after I signed on and bought more storage.

Because technically it makes no sense.

And because Windows (an operating system) is from Microsoft and iCloud (a syncing/backup service) is from Apple.

That's why I ask because you can directly do it on the iPhone itself so why beat around the bush?
