How do I update 32 bit Apple apps before OS update

I found two Apple 32 bit apps (quicklookd32: Version: 5.0 + InkServer: Version:10.9) on MacBook Pro's High Sierra OS. How dos I update these two apps to 64 bit, so I can update smoothly to Catalina OS ?

If these two apps are part of the mac OS then they will automatically be 64bit in Catalina.

For third party 32bit apps you need to contact the developers of the apps to see if they provide 64bit versions.

Check for 32bit apps with this, https://www.stclairsoft.com/Go64/
