I have followed all the directions to set up my HomePod to make and accept phone calls using my iPhone. Siri continues to state that I have to turn on Personal Requests. I have completed this task. What is the problem?

I had this issue too. You have to make sure "Hey Siri" is turned on on your iPhone. If it is turned on and still not working, turn it off, restart the phone, and turn it back on. This will make you say phrases so Siri learns your voice again but once this is done, your HomePod will make personal requests.

Make sure that your device is connected to your local Wi-Fi network and has been unlocked, then try again.
