Why is my FaceTime keep failing even though I reset everything after trying to fix it and it still does it

I am assuming that you are having trouble activating FaceTime. If you believe that my assumption is correct then please try the steps listed in this document If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support
