Hello there. I was wondering why my photos from iCloud would not download to my pc, and then I discovered that I have only two options in iCloud for Windows, Photos: "iCloud Photos" and "Shared Albums".
Where have the other options gone? It should be like this:

Indeed. I was using iCloud for Windows 10 but for this functionality I needed iCloud for Windows 7. (I am using Windows 10 so I think I can't really blame myself here. In other words: it makes no sense).
Options missing in iCloud for Windows : photo library, photo stream, download photos, etc.
