How do I add my spouse to my account?

This is extremely inconvenient, and unlike any other card I have or have had (including the American Express cards I currently use for most purchases). A change in this policy would make me (and I suspect others) much more likely to use the card regularly, let alone adopt it as my primary payment method.

You cannot. Apple Card is designed for one user.
