I think maybe a trip to an apple store maybe required,but try this first;

  1. On a computer, go to iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
  2. Go to Find My iPhone.
  3. Select All Devices, then click your Apple Watch.
  4. Click Erase Apple Watch. Select Next until the device is erased.
  5. Click next to your Apple Watch.

This may or may not work,depending on icloud detecting the watch in it's present state.If it works the watch will be restore to factory settings.

I held down the crown and the button at the same time for 10 seconds and the Apple logo disappeared then let go of both when the Apple logo came back on. And I was right back where I started with the Apple logo on the screen and I’m unable to do anything

The logo just stays on

I think you need to visit the apple store and they can tell you your options.
