I there any way to find a lost iPhone that doesn’t have find my phone setup or location services switches on?

Lost daughters phones (iPhone & Huawei) is there any way to find them??? Locations services are off on the iPhone so find my phone not picking up location.

If you didn't turn on Find My [device] before your device was lost or stolen, it can't be used to locate your device. Change your Apple ID password. Change the passwords for other internet accounts on your device. This can include email accounts, Facebook, or Twitter etc...
