I just got an Iwatch Series 5. When I put it on my charger it is repeatedly switching between 3 screens. It goes from the main face, to the green circle showing charge to just the time. I do not want this flashing next to me all night long. Could it be my old charger is not compatible. I tried turning on and off. Tried turning off always on. Tried turning on and off nightstand mode. Help!!

Sounds like the charger is not making good contact with the back of the phone. Make sure that you have removed all of the plastic around the charger and phone before attempting to make contact. The first to screens are correct, and it should go to nightstand mode for a moment if you have that configured. Otherwise, the screen should go dark and not come back on. If it continues that behavior, use the charger puck you received from the new Watch, and make sure you are using a genuine Apple Power adapter.
