Start tracking walking activity monitor

I have an Apple Watch 4 and an iPhone X (10) and I can't figure out how to start my activity monitor to track my pulse, etc. when I want to start an outdoor walk.

Your Health App will keep track of it automatically. Tap on your Health App then tap on "All Health Data".
