Don’t use the Genius Bar link, that is for technical problems. Easiest way to book a Today at Apple session to learn your Watch (there are currently two sessions, basic and intermediate. Is the download the Apple Store app on your iPhone, open it, select the store most convenient to you, and look for the session you want then sign up.
