Apple TV

I live in Midwest USA. I recently got AppleTV 4K. Up until today I could get BritBox. Today the app is there but won’t connect me. I can’t even re-enter my sign in info. it has a picture and says it is only available in Canada and US. Any word on how to fix this?

BritBox App on Apple TV I have an Apple TV 4K and I use the BritBox app (not watching BritBox through the AppleTV app). Out of the blue I’m getting this message, “Unfortunately, BritBox is not currently available in your country.” Was watching BritBox just last night. Problem remains today. Tried reinstalling the app without success. Is there a way to correct this?

Can`t log in in Apple Tv on Playstation 4 Hello! I`m moved from Russia to Georgia (country) last year. Couple weeks ago I`m tryed to login on apple tv application on Playstation 4 and I can`t. Sign says, that it`s doesnt support in thise region, but Georgia is in list of supported regions. How can I solve these?

If you are using a VPN, then possibly your external IP address could be outside their service area.

If your issue is confined to just one app, then contact their support staff.
