Update

I attempted to update my iPhone 7 and received an unknown error. It is saying it needs to be restored and won't turn on at all. I don't want to restore to factory setting as I will lose everything that is currently on my phone. I have tried connecting to my Mac but same results. Mac software, iTunes have been updated. I need my phone back!!!

iPhone 7, iOS 12
