Problems with new update to Catalina

Should I uninstall and go back to macOS Mojave? Ever since updating to Catalina my computer is not running well. Anything I try to open results with the Spinning wheel, runs slow or freezes. Music freezes. I have to force quit to shut down.

Retrograding an operating system is very rarely the right approach. Instead, you have some underlying issue that needs attention and cure.
