Mail app reply doesn’t load full original email message

After updating my iPhone to iOS 13 (and currently in 13.1.3), the Mail app is presenting issues. The most annoying is that, when reading an email, I tap reply and the reply message created doesn’t contain the full original message, just the header. This happens in 80% of the emails I try to reply and the only fix I found so far is to go back to the inbox, tap on the email I want to reply and tap the reply button and checking if now the full original message is displayed in the reply message that was created. I sometimes have to do it multiple times until the full original message is displayed. I use the iPhone for work and, due to the nature of the job, I always have to reply with the full email thread / original email in my reply so this has significantly affected my productivity.
