No, I will not do that for several reasons:

• This is a user-to-user technical support forum, not a way to contact Apple
• Neither I nor anyone else i this forum has any idea of who you are
• You can do it yourself by following these instructions-->Downgrade your iCloud storage - Apple Support

You can change your storage subscription by going to the Settings app and choosing Apple ID (top option, shows your name) > iCloud > Manage Storage > Change Storage Plan > Downgrade Options.

Just FYI, I believe Apple monitors but doesn't engage directly in Discussions, so you won't be able to reach a rep about this here.
