Where are Catalina update files located?

My Software Update for Catalina stalled at near 60% downloaded for 3 times! So I lost more than 12 GB of my space. Where does that file get stored? I want to delete it.

I connect with cable and download completely. After Catalina was installed, all the lost Space (near 30GB) come back and free :)
