Photos app keyboard shortcuts not working, same for you?

Since 13.1.1, and including 13.1.2, the keyboard shortcuts are not working in the Photos app. If I hold down the Command Key there is no summary of shortcuts as in other apps. And there shortcuts I know from memory don’t work.

It’a the same on my wife’s iPad Pro, both with the Apple Folio. The only keys that work in the Photos app are the left and right arrow keys.

I can’t find anyone else with this issue via google. Is it affecting anyone else?
