The six words in your question provide very little information about your situation and what you are trying to accomplish. Since you posted in the iMac forum I can deduce that you have an iMac, but I don't have any idea about what model it is, how it's configured, or what version of macOS it is running. I also don't understand what problem you are experiencing, whether it worked correctly previously, and whether there were any actions taken just prior to the problem occurring (e.g. software update, erased hard drive, etc).
