US Apple Store deducted money from me

Hi.

I placed a pre-order on two iPhones 11 128gb, the payment was successful, System was withdrawn $ 1498 yesterday.

Everything is fine and I am ready to buy these two phones.

But today I was charged another $ 749, I did not make additional purchases, what is the reason? And how do I get $ 749 back? Both payments went to Apple Online Store.
