Double billed

I received 2 charges this month, one of them being more than 3X the usual amount. Why is this?

We are fellow users, nobody on here will know what you've been charged for. See : If you see 'itunes.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support

i get charged .99 monthly for iCloud storage. This month, I got an additional charge for more than 3x the amount. I want to know why 2 charges? The statement reflects APL*ITUNES.COM/BILL for both.
