How do I unlock an old iPhones it says it’s disabled but where do I reconnect to my iTunes

You need to attach the phone to a computer using a USB cord to see it in iTunes.

Passcode - If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled
