Undefined charges from my card which are not displayed at the purchase history page
I was trying to submit this issue on the apple support page, but it's just not working at all
So I have two charge statements at my bank account, made at exactly the same time in two different days, both are related to iTunes. One is preauthorisation with confirmation, the second one is just iTunes music. Since I haven't made any purchases at this time and this is definitely not a subscription payments (different cost, dates, plus I get a receipt to my email after the automatic payment is done), I can't get it why I'm losing money although I'm not making any purchases.
That's pretty disturbing because if I didn't notice this on my bank statements, I'd continue losing my money. Maybe it's better to disconnect my card?
My purchase history doesn't have any data on it. Maybe there's something else that could help here? Is there a way to contact apple support except not working help form?
