Adobe Flash Player for MacBook Pro?
How? Can I get a useable form of Adobe Flash Player for my MacBook Pro that is using macOS Mojave 10.14.6?
Thank you,

In the past there were warnings that the MAC OS was not compatible (or needed) with Adobe flash player
Now that I have upgraded to Catalina I see a folder called Install Adobe Flash Player, did apple provide it? Is Flash Player compatible with OS 10.5 Catalina?
I do not use adobe photoshop

When they first announced that, I was surprised they were going to let it go that long.
Flash, Java and Shockwave have been nothing but a continual sequence of security holes. Good riddance to all of them.
You don't need Flash player.
Plug-ins are not even allowed in Mojave.
Look for the HTML 5 version os that web page and no more troubles with Flash.
I have the Flash Player installed in Mojave. It works as expected for the few sites I regularly visit that insist on hanging on to it.

That's not the case. Safari still supports Adobe Flash. I have it installed for the few sites that still support Flash.
Even Adobe is abandoning their Flash software.
A security hole so big the entire universe is scanning for flaws.

Yes they are. That doesn't mean it doesn't run or can't be installed in Mojave which is what you said.
Trash it.
