back up

I recently reset my iphone and I wanted to set it up with one of my icloud backups but now my phone is stuck on loading the back up. what do i do?

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.


Try a restart.


Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


Try a forced restart.


Reset Device


Backup couldn’t be completed or you can’t restore
