If you mean your computer's iTunes isn't recognising it when you connect it to it : If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

try : If iTunes doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod - Apple Support
