I accidentally logged out of ICloud. I've logged back in but all my photos are no longer on my phone. Thousands of photos. I need them back.

I accidentally logged out of ICloud. I've logged back in but all my photos are no longer on my phone. Thousands of photos. I need them back.
If they are in iCloud Photos, then you need to ensure that the switch for iCloud photos is on for the phone, and they should download again if you are connected to wi-fi. However, if there are as many as you said, it will take a great deal of time.
Like I said, it is going to take some time. You can access them from iCloud, or via a browser on the computer. That amount of pictures to download can take days, depending on your wi-fi connection.

I've now turned it on. I'm connected to wifi. Do I need to do something to start the download of my other photos.
It looks like the photos are setup now and it says downloading 1,500 to iCloud. How do I access the 9,000 photos in iCloud and put them on my phone?
