I've made my library list and downloaded the music. When I try to insert an audio into PowerPoint, it tells me the format is not supported. Help???

PowerPoint might not support .m4a files in AAC format. It certainly won't support anything that comes via an Apple Music subscription. Check to see which audio formats your version of PowerPoint supports and make converted copies of your files as applicable. See Convert a song to a different file format with iTunes - Apple Support.
