iTunes card not showing on my balance
I’ve tried logging out several times and still 2 ITunes cards are not showing up on my balance. Anything else I can do?

If you mean it says it's already been redeemed, and if you originally successfully redeemed it onto that account, and if you've looked at the account's purchase history to see what's been bought on the account and how it was paid for (gift card redemptions won't show) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)

You've checked the account's purchase history in case it's been spent ?
Thank you. The purchase doesn’t show on my history but when I scan card it says already scanned in.
