It’s the out of warranty price unless you’re talking one that hasn’t been physically damaged but doesn’t work. Single hairline cracks (not a result of accident or abuse) may be covered under warranty, but those are rare. If one is dropped and the glass cracks, that’s considered out of warranty repair. However, a replacement is supposed to assume the longer of 90 days or the remainder of the original warranty.
