Apple 3 Watch - Won't restart

Apple 3 Watch - Apple icon comes on and off, but never restart. Watch was frozen for several days so I rebooted.

I suggest you reset your watch. Press the crown and side button in untill the Apple logo appears. If still issues take to the Apple store and get it examined as the battery might need replacing.
