If your phone is disabled, it is too late to save your data. If you have the pictures backed up, you can restore that backup after you restore your phone. Start here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204306

The only way to reset a disabled device is to erase it in iTunes. As long as you have backups you won’t lose data, but without backups, you inherently will.
