Is there a way to view the folders list in Notes on IPad so that the folders names are not truncated? The portrait and landscape orientations show only a narrow folders list. The complete folders names cannot be seen.
I do not believe there is a way to make that wider.

I agree with rbrlawski, the sidebar’s size cannot be changed.
Shocking and disappointing. You can see the wide folders list on the iPhone! Why not on the IPad??
