Disabled ipad

My daughters iPad is disabled and we don’t have iTunes to connect to.

Help???

If you mean you don't have a computer with iTunes on it, you will need to borrow a computer from a friend or go to an Apple Store for help. See here for what you need to do: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204306
