iCloud subscription in between?

I am reaching the limits of my ICloud storage (200gb). I think the 2TB subscription is too expensive and has to much storage.

Is it possible to get a subscription in between? For example 500GB?

iCloud subscription I just upgraded my subscription from .99/50gb to 2.99/200gb. Because the 50gb was showing always full. Now when I changed it to 200, it already shows 50gb of my 200 is already used. So where did the 50gb of my 200 go?? It is frustrating.

For now at least the only subscriptions available or 50GB, 200GB or 2TB.
