Dropped iPhone 8, screen has no cracks but slowly blacked out.

Hello everyone, a few minutes ago I dropped my phone and the screen protector cracked, along with the screen itself having black lines all over. Over the span of a minute or so, the screen slowly turned completely black. Now whenever I turn on my phone, it's just the blacklight under a black screen. My question is, considering there are no cracks, is there a way to fix the screen without needing to buy a whole new one?

Bring it in for evaluation. Could be anything from some internal damage to even just a flex cable connection jarred loose. You'll never really find out without a real diagnostic.
