Yes, surely.
Set up text message forwarding
I do not believe that Text Message Forwarding works from iPhone to iPhone. The Apple document does not mention it as one of the device options.
With Text Message Forwarding, the SMS/MMS messages that you send and receive on your iPhone can appear on your Mac, iPad, and iPod touch.
