Disabled iPhone

My iPhone was shut off for 1 month! Good luck I had proof of purchase emailed to Apple then then they lost it Had to email it to them again I went through 4 or 5 different apple experts Took a month to prove and get it back on!!! Good Luck

That has absolutely nothing to do with a disabled device. That has to do with an activation locked phone when you do not have access to the iCloud account used to lock it.
