iphone disabled, connect to itunes

Hello

I have broken my iphone 6s screen and it was still working for 2 days, then it kept on entering the password wrongly by itself again and again. Later I found out it is locked with this message "iPhone is disabled, connect to itunes"

I connected it to itunes and there were 2 options: 1. Update 2. Reset.

Now I dont care about the phone, I have more than 13,000 photos and videos on the phone and I can not access them to copy them. I hadnt uploaded them to iCloud.

Is there any way to access the memory?

No.

If you were not backing it up on a regular basis, it's too late now.
