I lost my iPhone and then I changed the iCloud password. Now how can I retrieve my lost iPhone information

I actually meant not the information in the phone but the information about the phone. As the device is already removed, I cannot get access to its IMIE or serial number or able to locate it. Is there any way to add back the lost phone?
No. Not without physical access to the device.
