Problem setting already made alarms with Siri on Apple Watch series 4

I have pre made alarms so that I can just ask Siri to start them before bed. However, I noticed when asking on my Apple Watch to turn on my alarm for (insert time here), I am greeted with a message, something along the lines of “Sorry something’s wrong, please try again later.” I’ve tried rebooting both my Apple Watch and iPhone yet it still gives me the same message. Any other command seems to work, just this one specifically.

For some reason after waiting another half hour after my own self troubleshooting, (which was immediately after I posted this) it now works. My next question is if it is possible to deleted this thread on mobile.
