Import all movies from iMovie to photos?

I have 155 movies in iMovie, I’d like to import them (or move) to photos while leaving my projects intact. Is there a way to do this?

Move all video from iMovies to Photos app Several years ago we had a video camcorder. For some reason all the family videos we took got imported into iMovies (either the camcorder wanted to put them in iMovie or we mistakenly imported them into iMovie). There are several hundred videos. These videos should really be in the Photos app. How do I move all of these videos (all the content in iMovie) into Photos? I've gone to my user home > Movies > iMovie Library.imovielibrary > Show package content but to copy over the hundreds of videos, inside hundred of folders (and not copy over thumbnails and all the other stuff) would be a painstaking undertaking. Is there an easier and more foolproof way of doing this?

Moving video from Photos to iMovie I want to transfer videos from Photos Library to the iMovie Library. I want to consolidate the files from the Photos Library and have them in the iMovie Library. Suggestions on the best way?

iMovie Import Photos Out of Order I’m trying to create a video with over 200 photos and iMovie imports them out of order and I don’t have time to manually put them in order. Why has Apple made iMovie so difficult to use?

If the movies are in Theater, drag them to your desktop, and from there drag them into the Photos app.

If the movies are still in project form, share the project to your desktop, and then drag them into the Photos app.
