Not able to downgrade iCloud storage

Please downgrade my iCloud storage to basic free version. I am using less than 1 gb of storage , unnecessarily I don't want to pay 1 $ in next billing cycle. please help . thanks

downgrade of icloud storage capacity have gone through process of downgrading icloud storage capacity but it will not permit me to type done and therefore I've not successfully completed downgrade. And you know you have this glitch or else you wouldn't have directed me to this point where I have to sign up and create a new identity. I desire to downgrade to free icloud storage. Please do what is necessary to complete this and do not charge me a monthly charge again.
