Restriction code
I do not recall setting up a 4-digit restriction code on my daughter's phone. But I cannot erase content and data on her phone without this. How can I find out what this code is without locking it up after too many tries?

Not true. Once a restriction code is forgotten, the only way around that is to, in fact, erase the iPhone (and then set it up as a new device).
