Don’t have an idea about the Apple ID and password

Bought a second hand iPhone and factory reset it and now it’s asking for Apple ID and password which I don’t know and don’t have a means of contacting this person

please help

Then you have a pretty paperweight.

There's no bypass or workaround for Activation Lock which is a feature against theft.

Only the correct owner's Apple ID & password can unlock for reuse.
