Why am being charged for apps that I had in the past an that are free

The app itself may have been free but it may have had a subscription or in-app purchase. The following may help:


View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

and

If you see 'itunes.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support
