If you do not have an Apple Music subscription, you can sync the music that you want traditionally. Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod using iTunes on your computer - Apple Support
If you do have an Apple Music subscription, the you can sync the libraries via ‘the cloud’, by using the same Apple ID on these devices and turning on iCloud Music Library. Access your music collection on all of your devices with Apple Music - Apple Support
