Apple care

If I broke my iPhone XS max Apple care will repair it for free if my phone is in warranty or I have to pay for it if I broke back glass of my phone

You'd need to pay for accidental damage; the first two incidents are cheaper if you previously bought AppleCare+ for the iPhone.
